The links lead to our page in DocuSign, an easy-to-use platform that lets users send, sign and manage legally binding documents. Information is secure, and will not be used for any other purpose.
Upon clicking the link:

1.All Chaperones, Parents/Guardians, Guests, and participants aged 18 signing for themselves should enter their name and email address and click the button at the bottom of the screen that reads “Begin Signing”

2.Next, there is a header that will display the subject and message for the waiver. There is an acknowledgement consent to receive electronic communication from The Walt Disney Company in regards to this waiver. To continue with the process after reading the terms and conditions they click the box.

3.Also contained within the header are three options: Continue, Finish Later, and Other Actions. Click the option that applies. If anyone attending the event selects “Decline to Sign” you will be notified.

4.Upon selecting the option to continue, the document becomes visible. The last page is the signature page. The name and date populates based on the name entered on the first page and that day’s date. Upon clicking the yellow Sign button a prompt will allow them to select their digital signature from the options offered by the software. They should follow the on-screen instructions to complete the signature process.

a.Parents/Guardians signing the minor waiver for participants will have the added step of filling in the name and age of the participant at the top of the document. The software will direct them.
​
5.Finally, scroll to the very bottom of the document to click Finish, or the same button is at the top of the screen. Either will work. pop-up dialog box appears asking if they would like to download or print a copy, or they can close the pop-up. At this point, the document is complete and can be closed.
